Thank You, Perma-Bound for Great Customer Service!
I’d like to send a big shout out tonight to Cora Ellsworth of Perma-Bound books. I had some issues with a 2017 order, and right before Christmas break, I sent an email to our wonderful rep, Loyd Harris. In January, I received a detailed letter explaining that Loyd was retiring due to health reasons. (By the way, he truly is a great guy who has served Arkansas well, and I certainly wish him the best!)
When I contacted Cora, she had already started working on my issue… and within DAYS, perfect, pristine, replacement books were on my desk. WOW! I was surprised at how quickly everything was settled! Lunch Lady is a very popular series in my library media center right now, so I’m especially pleased to have these back in circulation. I’m so thankful for Perma-Bound’s excellent customer service, and I think we’re in very good hands with Cora!
